I don't know if it qualifies about something that's specific to the US healthcare *system*, but I'm especially glad for the numerous dedicated, skilled, passionate, and compassionate physicians and nurses I've encountered in the past couple of years.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;And from my own readings this year, I'm glad to know about the VA healthcare system's successes at both effectiveness and efficiency.
